Only medications brought to school from home will be dispensed at the school.  Written instructions with permission to dispense, signed by a parent or guardian is required.  Medication forms will be distributed to students on the first day of school. 

Parents, please complete and sign the medication forms and return them to school at your earliest convenience.  Please contact our school nurse, Mrs. Kara Johnson, for more information.
